Chilli Beans Pizza Recipe
|Dry yeast||1 Tablespoon|
|Warm water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Boiled green french beans||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Green chili paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|

Put salt, oil and flour to yeast mixture and mix with fork for 2-3 minutes and then knead with hands to make a smooth dough.
Cover dough with a wet cloth and keep in a warm place for an hour.
Knead the dough again with little dry flour and roll out into a 30 cm round base.
Prick with fork and put in a flat baking dish.
Bake base in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.
Remove base from the dish and cool.
Heat 1 tbsp butter.
Put flour and milk.
Cook stirring continuously till thick.
Add chilli paste, salt and soya sauce to it.
Smear butter over the pizza base and then put the chilli paste and boiled beans mixed with tomato sauce.
Arrange thin slice of onions and grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 5 minutes.
