Chilli Beans And Franks In Pocket Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 pieces pocket pita bread | ||
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Butter | 30 Gram, melted | |
| 6 Continental frankfurts | ||
| 440g baked beans in tomato sauce | ||
| Quarter teaspoon chilli powder | ||
Directions
1. Cook onion and butter in large covered bowl on HIGH for three minutes.
2. Chop each frankfurt into four, place in bowl with onion, add baked beans and chilli powder, stir, cover, cook on HIGH for three minutes. Stir once during cooking. Halve pita bread, open pockets, fill with chilli bean mixture.
