Chilled Tomato Consomme Recipe
Ingredients
2 Cups chopped and skinned tomato
4 Cups stock or 2 chicken cubes
1/4 Cup dry Vermouth
1 Tbl. sp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Simmer tomato and chicken stock for 15 mins.
` Liquidise the mixture.
Season with Vermouth, sugar, salt and pepper.
Chill.
