Ingredients

 Green onions1 Bunch (100gm), sliced
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 English cucumber4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Chicken broth3 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 10 ounce package frozen spinach
 Potatoes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Tarragon to taste
 Lemon juice to taste
 Pepper1
 Light cream1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Saute onion in butter.
Add all remaining ingredients except cream.
Simmer until potatoes are tender.
Whirl in blender.
Add cream and chill.
Serve with sliced cucumbers.
