Ingredients

 500 gms firm but ripe plums
 Vegetable stock4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lime juice1 Teaspoon
 Sugar4 Teaspoon
 Tabasco sauce1 Dash
 Brandy2 Teaspoon
 Sour cream4 Teaspoon
 Parsley1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
 1 tsp cornflour Salt and pepper
 1 tsp cornflour Salt and pepper

Directions

Boil plums until mushy.
Remove seeds.
Puree pulp with a cup of vegetable stock, then mix in the rest of the vegetable stock, lime juice, sugar, tabasco sauce, cornflour, salt and pepper.
Stir constantly, bringing to the boil.
Cool.
Refrigerate.
