| Vegetable stock | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lime juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Tabasco sauce | 1 Dash | |
| Brandy | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped | |
| 1 tsp cornflour Salt and pepper | ||

Directions
Boil plums until mushy.
Remove seeds.
Puree pulp with a cup of vegetable stock, then mix in the rest of the vegetable stock, lime juice, sugar, tabasco sauce, cornflour, salt and pepper.
Stir constantly, bringing to the boil.
Cool.
Refrigerate.
