 Tomato juice1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Chopped green onion1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Minced fresh parsley1 Tablespoon
 Salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Dried thyme1⁄4 Teaspoon
 White pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Whipping cream1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Combine first 10 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, and cool slightly.
Pour pea mixture into container of electric blender; process until smooth.
Stir in whipping cream.
Cover and chill.
