Chilled cucumber lassi Recipe
A cooler for your hot summer....... Cucumber and yougurt are both know to cool the body during summer. The addition of cilantro and Chat masala (spice mixture made with black salt, and dry mango powder) makes it a little tangy and spicy. A twist to the whole experience

Yogurt 1 cup ( try to make your own cultured yogurt)
Cilantro few sprigs
Chat Masala half tea spoon
milk half cup
sugar half teaspoon
Cummin seeds broiled and crushed
Directions
Blend together the ingredients with a few cubes of ice.
Serve with a twist of lime, chopped cilantro and sprinkle with some crushed broiled cumin seeds.
