Directions

Roll crust to fit a 12" round shallow pizza pie pan.
Bake at 425° F.
about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool.
Blend eggs, butter and sour cream in top of double boiler, then stir in flour and seasonings.
Cook over boiling water until quite thick, add Swiss cheese, blend well and cook just until cheese is melted.
Cool thoroughly.
Spread deviled ham on baked pie shell, then spread cheese mixture evenly over the top.
Cover with protective film and refrigerate for at least two hours (this can be chilled overnight).
Just before serving cut}; into 24 wedges and garnish with watercress, radishes, olives, cherry tomatoes, pickle fans or cucumbers.
Serves 24 or more depending on size of wedges.
