Chilled Asparagus Lemonette Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 c. Sauterne | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 tsp. dried salad herbs | ||
| Salad oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Asparagus | 2 Pound, cooked | |
Directions
Blend all ingredients except asparagus well.
Pour over asparagus.
Cover; refrigerate for several hours.
Drain; serve on crisp salad greens.
May be garnished with pimento strips.
