Chilled Artichoke Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Artichokes | 1 14 Ounce | |
| Basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt and white pepper to taste | ||
| Light cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped chives | 1 Tablespoon, garnish | |
Directions
Blend artichokes, a couple at a time so as not to clog the blender.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Chill thoroughly.
Top each soup cup with chopped chives before serving.
