Chilled Red Bell Pepper Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Red bell peppers | 500 Gram | |
| 1 medium-sized onion, chopped | ||
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| Tomatoes | 8 Large, chopped | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tspsalt | ||
| Ground black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Pinch | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Tabasco sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Wash and finely chop the bell peppers.
MAKING
2) In a food processor, combine the bell peppers with onion and garlic.
3) To a large bowl, transfer the mixture.
4) To the processor, add tomatoes and make puree and then strain into the bell pepper mixture.
5) Add the remaining ingredients and adjust the seasoning.
SERVING
6) In chilled soup bowls, chill the mixture and serve, accompanied with melba toast.
