Chilled Penne Tomato Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Penne pasta | 3/4 Pound | |
| Tomatoes | 1 Pound, diced | |
| Chopped basil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Yellow pepper | 1 To taste, thinly sliced | |
| Olive oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Cook in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Combine in large bowl, add pasta, toss, and allow to chill and marinate for at least 1-2 hours.
