 2 cups shelled peas or 110-ounce package frozen peas
 Lettuce2 Cup(16 tbs), shredded
 Chicken broth1 13 3/4 Ounce, can
 Water1/3 Cup(16 tbs)
 Tomato juice1/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 Green onion1/4 Cup(16 tbs), finley chopped
 Snipped parsley1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper white1/4 Teaspoon
 Dried thyme1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 Whipping cream1/2 Cup(16 tbs)

Directions

In 2-quart saucepan combine peas, lettuce, chicken broth, water, tomato juice, onion, parsley, salt, white pepper, and thyme.
Bring to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Turn into blender container; cover and blend till smooth.
Cool slightly; stir in whipping cream.
Cover and chill.
If desired, garnish with sour cream and fresh mint.
