Chilled Parsley Shrimp Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream of shrimp | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Water | 1 | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic - 1/2 small clove, minced | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan mix all ingredients.
2) Heat the soup until thawed.
3) Stir often to mix.
4) Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
SERVING
5) Serve as a cooling appetizer.
