Chilled Lemonade Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Cold water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon package | 1 | |
| Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin Dessert | ||
| Neufchatel cheese package | 1 , softened | |
| 1/3 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed | ||
| Lemon peel | 1 Teaspoon, grated | |
| 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP® Non Dairy | ||
| Whipped Topping | ||
Directions
Bring water to a boil.
Gradually add to gelatin in small bowl; stir until dissolved.
Beat neufchatel cheese, lemonade concentrate and peel in large mixing bowl at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Stir in gelatin; chill until thickened but not set.
Fold in whipped topping; pour into lightly oiled 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish as desired.
