Chilled Honeydew Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Honeydew melons | 2 | |
| Juice of 1 lime | ||
| Fennel seeds | 1 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
Halve the melons and scoop out the seeds.
Peel, then cut the flesh into chunks.
Transfer about a third of the chunks to a blender.
Add the lime juice and fennel seeds.
Puree on high speed.
Transfer to a large bowl.
Add to the pot and stir well.
