Chilled Cucumber Mint Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Leek envelope | 1 | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cucumbers | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Mint leaves | 2 Tablespoon, snipped | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
1. In large saucepan combine soup mix with water; add cucumbers, mint leaves, and monosodium glutamate. Bring to a boil; then simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add milk. Refrigerate until cold. Stir; then serve in mugs or soup bowls as first course.
