Chilled Cream of Asparagus Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10 3/4-ounce can cream of asparagus soup | ||
| 1 cup sour cream or yogurt | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ice | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Hot pepper sauce | 1 To taste | |
| Chopped chives (garnish) | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients except chives in food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Chill thoroughly .
Sprinkle with chives just before serving.
