Chilled Beet Soup Recipe
Ingredients

| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Lemon juice | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Honey | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon each caraway seed and salt | ||

Directions
In a 5-cup electric blender container, combine beets and their liquid, broth, lemon juice, honey, caraway seed, salt, and clove.
Whirl smooth and chill.
