Chilled Bean Salad Recipe
Ingredients
15 1/2 oz. no-salt-added green beans
15 1/2 oz. no-salt-added wax beans
1 red pepper, chopped
12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 cup Dia-Mel red wine
Vinegar salad dressing
Directions
Drain green and wax beans and combine with the red pepper and tomatoes.
Add dillweed and basil to salad dressing; stir to combine.
Pour dressing over vegetables and toss gently.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
