Ingredients

 2 avocados, pitted and peeled
 Dairy sour cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes3 Medium, peeled, finely chopped
 Beef broth1 10 1/2 Ounce, condensed
 Green onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley snipped
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Dash bottled hot pepper sauce

Directions

Blend avocados and sour cream with electric blender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Chill thoroughly.
Trim with sour cream and snipped green onion tops.
