Chilled Avocado Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 avocados, pitted and peeled | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomatoes | 3 Medium, peeled, finely chopped | |
| Beef broth | 1 10 1/2 Ounce, condensed | |
| Green onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley snipped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Dash bottled hot pepper sauce | ||
Directions
Blend avocados and sour cream with electric blender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Chill thoroughly.
Trim with sour cream and snipped green onion tops.
