Ingredients

 Onion2 Tablespoon, dehydrated
 Water2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 or 2 chicken stock cubes
 1 x 5 oz. packet instant mashed potato
 Cayenne pepper1 Pinch
 Light cream5/8 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chopped chives or parsley to garnish

Directions

MAKING
1) Take a saucepan, add water, put in the onion and bring it to boil.
2) Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
3) Mix stock cubes, potato, and cayenne pepper and blend well.

SERVING
4) Allow the soup to chill and then whip in the cream.
5) Sprinkle herbs and serve.
