| 1 or 2 chicken stock cubes | ||
| 1 x 5 oz. packet instant mashed potato | ||
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Light cream | 5/8 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped chives or parsley to garnish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a saucepan, add water, put in the onion and bring it to boil.
2) Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
3) Mix stock cubes, potato, and cayenne pepper and blend well.
SERVING
4) Allow the soup to chill and then whip in the cream.
5) Sprinkle herbs and serve.
