Chilies In Cheese Fondue Recipe
Ingredients
1 can white sauce
1/2 to 1 can diced green chili peppers
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
3 cups shredded jack cheese
1 tablespoon white wine or milk
Directions
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole or pottery fondue dish, combine white sauce, chili peppers, and garlic; beat with a wire whip.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes or until heated through.
Beat mixture with a wire whip; continue beating, adding cheese, 1 cup at a time, until mixture is smooth and cheese is melted.
Stir in wine until well blended.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH (100%) for 2 minutes (stirring after 1 minute) or until heated through.
To reheat, microwave, uncovered, on medium (50%) for 1 minute (stirring after 30 seconds) or until heated through.
