Chilies Con Oueso Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 jar (16 ounces) pasteurized process cheese spread | ||
| Green chilies | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| 1 jar (2 ounces) diced pimiento, drained | ||
Directions
Heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish; keep warm over low heat.
Serve with tortilla chips or bite-size fresh vegetables.
