Beef Burgundy Chili Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Fat | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Carne | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| 2/3 cup red table wine | ||
| 2 hamburger buns, halved and toasted | ||
Directions
MAKING
1)Make 4 flat ground beef patties about the diameter of the hamburger buns.
2)Heat a heavy skillet and brown the patties on both the sides.
3)In a saucepan, heat the chili con carne and pour in the wine. Stir well.
4)Pour the chili into the skillet, over the cooked patties and cover. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
SERVING
5)Keep half a burger bun on a plate, top with a patty, pour chili and close it with the other half of the burger bun.
6)Serve hot.
