Chili Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe tomatoes | 12 Large | |
| Onions | 2 Large | |
| Green peppers | 4 To taste | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 21/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Peel the tomatoes anrl onions, remove seeds from peppers and chop them fine.
Stir all together and add salt, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar.
Cook slowly for 45 to 60 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally.
Pour into hot sterilized iars and seal.
