 Ripe tomatoes30
 6 ripe peaches
 Onions6
 Apples6
 Green peppers8 To taste
 White sugar4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt2 Tablespoon
 Cider vinegar1 Quart
 Small bag whole mixed spices

Directions

Peel and cut up tomatoes, peaches, onions and apples.
Use apples that make a good sauce.
Remove seeds from peppers cut in small pieces.
Add sugar, salt, vinegar and spices.
Cook slowly uncovered about 2 1/2 hours.
Bottle hot, seal.
