Chili Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| 6 ripe peaches | ||

| Green peppers | 8 To taste | |
| White sugar | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Quart | |
| Small bag whole mixed spices | ||
Directions
Peel and cut up tomatoes, peaches, onions and apples.
Use apples that make a good sauce.
Remove seeds from peppers cut in small pieces.
Add sugar, salt, vinegar and spices.
Cook slowly uncovered about 2 1/2 hours.
Bottle hot, seal.
