Chili Sauce Recipe
I love this Chili Sauce recipe for it provides me such rave comments every single time I cook it. Best enjoyed as a Side Dish this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. My friends tried this Chili Sauce the other day and they simply adored it. Do I need to say more?
Ingredients
6 to 8 jalapeno peppers
1 onion, chopped
4 fresh tomatoes
2 teaspoons sea salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 cloxe garlic
Dash of cumin powder
Directions
Boil jalapenos until well done.
Peel and remove stems.
Blend or chop together the peppers and onions.
Add tomatoes, salt, garlic, and cumin powder.
Blend or chop together again.
Simmer the mixture until well done and thick.
Serve in a small dish with tostados for dipping.
