Chili Sauce Recipe

| Ripe tomatoes-18 Iarge | ||
| Onions-6 Iarge | ||
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cloves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1)Peel and chop tomatoes and onions.
MAKING
2)In a large heavy kettle all ingredients and bring to boil.
3)Decrease heat and simmer for 3 hours or until thickened.
4)Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
SERVING
5)Use the tomato catsup and when needed.
