| Kidney beans | 1 Pound, can | |
| Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded |

Directions
Brush large skillet with small amount of fat; add ground beef and onion.
Cook until browned.
Add macaroni, 1 cup water, chili powder, salt and kidney beans.
Cover; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Top with cheese; place over low heat until cheese melts.
