 Ground beef1 Pound, cooked until gravy
 Onion/1 large onion2 Small, chopped fine
 Garlic salt1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Vinegar3⁄4 Tablespoon
 Canned tomato sauce4 Ounce
 Chili powder1 Tablespoon
 Red pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Dash
 Water1⁄2 Quart
 Bay leaves2 1⁄2
 Whole allspice18
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cook ground beef until gray then chop fine.
Add onion, chopped very fine.
Then add garlic, vinegar, tomato sauce, chili powder, red pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and water.
Put bay leaves and allspice in spice cup.
Cook over medium heat for 3 hrs.
When finished remove spice cup with bay leaves and allspice.
Serve as plain chili or on hot dogs with cheese or on top of spaghetti.
