Directions

Heat oil in kettle.
Cook onion, pepper, and garlic about 10 minutes.
Add meat.
Increase heat; stir until meat has browned.
Add water, tomatoes, chili powder, paprika, and a little salt.

Add beans; cook 30 minutes.
