Chili Cheese Burgers Recipe
I made this Chili Cheese Burgers last weekend when I had some unexpected guests-visit; believe me, it was dead simple and was a great hit too. In fact, the blend of beef, and cheese gives out a delightful combination, which is sure to make a bland meal go ravishing and unforgettable!
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce | ||
| Red cayenne pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 6 slices Cheddar cheese, 2 x 2 inches | ||
| Green chilies | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except cheese and chilies.
Shape mixture into 12 thin patties, about 31/2 inches in diameter.
Place 1 cheese slice and 1 teaspoon chilies on each of 6 patties.
Top with a remaining patty, sealing edges firmly.
Broil or grill patties 4 inches from heat, turning once, to desired doneness, 10 to 15 minutes.
Shape mixture into 12 thin patties, about 31/2 inches in diameter.
Place 1 cheese slice and 1 teaspoon chilies on each of 6 patties.
