Chili Beans And Sausage Recipe
|Sausage||2 Pound (mild / hot)|
|Onions||2 Large, chopped to make 2 cups|
|Diced peeled tart apples||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Tomato juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Chili powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Canned red kidney beans||68 Ounce, drained (4 cans, 17 ounces each)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|

Pour off all the fat and cook onion in the same pan until it is limp.
Add the apples, tomato juice, brown sugar, garlic, salt, chili and pepper.
Bring to boiling; remove from heat.
Add the kidney beans and stir to mix.
Turn into 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
Bake in a moderate oven (350Â°) 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve with sour cream.
NOTE: If you like a hot dish (as in spicy), use the hot sausage.
