Chili Bean Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
| 1 1 Lb. Pkg. Narrow Noodles | ||
| Ground beef | 2 Pound | |
| 1 Large Can Chili Beans | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mixed herbs | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Onions | 4 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Stewed tomatoes | 1 Medium | |
| 1/2 Cup Burgundy Wine | ||
| Olives | 1 Can (10oz), chopped | |
| 1 1/2 Cups Mied or Medium Cheddar Cheese, grated | ||
Directions
Cook noodles according to directions on pkg.
While noodles are cooking, brown beef in a little oil and add the next 9 ingredients.
Simmer about 1/2 hour.
Put meat mixture into noodles and pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish.
Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serves 16.
Excellent when served with toasted garlic bread, tossed lettuce salad, carrot & celery sticks, a light dessert and coffee.
