Ingredients

 Ground beef1 Pound
 Chorizo sausage1/2 Pound
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), minced
 Black beans2 Can (10oz), drained
 1 can petite diced tomatoes with juice
 Cumin2 Teaspoon
 Chili powder2 Teaspoon
 Tomato juice2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Brown the beef and chorizo in a heavy pot. Drain off any excess fat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until just soft.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
