Pepper Chili Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomatos | 1 Gallon, chopped | |
| Onions | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green peppers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Red peppers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1 , grated | |
| Vinegar | 1 Quart | |
| Salt | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Cayenne | 1/2 Tablespoon |
Directions
Peel tomatos & onions before chopping.
Chop all vegetables fine.
Combine all ingredients (except vinegar), mix well, and boil for 2 hours or until soft and broken.
Add vinegar & simmer for one hour.
Stir often.
Process jars for 15 minutes.
