Spiced Chili Sauce Recipe
This Chili Sauce is one of the spiciest accompaniments that I've ever known. Try this with meat or pasta on a cold winter evening if you really want to heat up yourself. Tell me if you like this Chili Sauce.

Directions
1. Finely chop vegetables. Put into a 4-quart microwave-oven-safe casserole. Add vinegar and a mixture of remaining ingredients.
2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 40 minutes at High, or until thick; stir every 10 minutes.
3. Pour sauce into hot sterilized jars; cover. Cool, then store in refrigerator.
