Chili Pork Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients
| Pork cutlets | 8 | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| Milk | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 2 3/8 ounce package seasoned coating mix for pork | ||
| 8 large sesame hamburger buns, split and toasted | ||
| Lettuce leaves | 8 | |
| Tomato slices | 8 | |
| 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Pound pork cutlets to 1/4 inch thickness.
In shallow bowl combine egg and milk.
Dip meat in egg mixture, then in coating mix.
Place cutlets in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 425° till tender, 30 to 35 minutes.
Place a cutlet on bottom half of each bun.
Add lettuce leaf and tomato slice.
Thoroughly blend mayonnaise, sour cream, and chili powder.
Spoon about a tablespoonful on each sandwich; add bun tops.
