Chili Peanuts Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups about 11 oz. raw peanuts | ||
| Chili powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 3 small dried hot red chiles | ||
| Salad oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Place peanuts in a large rimmed baking pan.
Bake in a 350° oven, stirring occasionally, until pale golden about 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Add chili powder, cumin, chiles, and oil to pan; mix well.
Return to oven and continue to bake, stirring once, until peanuts are golden brown 8 to 10 more minutes.
Season to taste with salt.
Serve warm or cool
