Ingredients

 Cooking oil2 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Large, chopped
 Green pepper1 Large, chopped
 1 16-ounce can tomatoes, cut up
 Red kidney beans1 15 Ounce
 Tomato sauce1 8 Ounce
 1 4-ounce can green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, and chopped
 Chili powder2 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 2 cups chopped cooked meat
 Elbow macaroni2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

Heat wok over high heat; add oil.
Stir-fry onion and green pepper in oil about 5 minutes or till onion is tender but not brown.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, tomato sauce, chili peppers, chili powder, salt, and 1/2 cup water.
Bring to boiling; stir in meat and uncooked macaroni.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or till macaroni is done.
Garnish each serving with cheese.
