8 Short Ribs Bone-in
1 Serrano Chili Sliced with seeds (optional)
2 Jalapenos Chopped with seeds
2 Pasilla Chili Peppers Chopped and seeded
1 Small Onion Finely Chopped
4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
2 Stalks Celery Chopped
4 Tblspn Soy Sauce
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
6 Tblspn Honey
1 12oz Bottle Firestone Pale 31
