Chili-Glazed Chicken Recipe
I got to try out this Chili-glazed Chicken at my friend's place. My GOD, It was simply mind blowing! It is served as a delicious Main Dish. This is the best recipe of Chicken I have ever made. This Chili-glazed Chicken is surely going to make you popular amongst your friends once you treat them to it.
Ingredients
1/3 cup melted butter or margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon each ground cumin and grated lime peel
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 broiler-fryer chicken (3 to 3 1/2 lbs.), cut in pieces
Directions
Combine butter, garlic, chili powder, cumin, lime peel, and lime juice; generously brush over chicken.
Arrange chicken, skin-side-up, on a lightly greased grill 4 to 6 inches above a solid bed of low-glowing coals.
Cook, turning and basting frequently, for 40 to 50 minutes or until meat near bone is no longer pink when slashed
