| Crab | 2 Pound, cut in half | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Ginger | 3 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Crushed red pepper/3 pieces sliced red chili | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Hoi-sin sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Catsup/Tomato sauce | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Sweet chili sauce | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Fish sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Green onions/Scallions | 3 Tablespoon, thinly sliced crosswise |

Directions
2. Saute the garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper
3. Add the crab and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
4. Put-in the hoisin sauce, tomato catsup, sweet chili sauce, fish sauce,and sesame oil then mix with the other ingredients
5. Pour the water and bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes or until the sauce is thick
6. Garnish with green onions on top
