Chili Corn Salad Recipe
Ingredients
6 cups torn salad greens
1 15-ounce can pinto beans with chili sauce, chilled
1 12-ounce can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, chilled and drained
4 ounces sliced hard salami, cut into 2-inch strips
2 ounces monterey jack cheese,cubed (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons sliced green onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
In large salad bowl combine greens, pinto beans, corn, salami, cheese, celery, and onion; toss lightly.
In small bowl combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Toss mayonnaise mixture with vegetables and meat.
