Chili Con Queso Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup (8-ounce can) tomato sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped green chili peppers
1/4 pound pasteurized-process cheese spread
Corn chips
Directions
In the fondue pot, over medium heat, cook the onion in the butter until tender.
Add the tomato sauce and the chili peppers and simmer 10 minutes.
Cube cheese spread and add to tomato sauce.
Heat until cheese is melted.
