Chili Con Queso Recipe
Ingredients
| Bell peppers | 2 Medium | |
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium | |
| Onions | 2 Medium | |
| Green chili pepper | 1 To taste, canned | |
| Chili powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| 2 T. Wesson oil | ||
| Velveeta cheese | 2 Pound | |
Directions
Dice bell peppers, tomatoes, onions and torrido pepper.
Saute in Wesson oil.
Add chili powder and salt.
Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
Add vegetable mixture.
Stir and serve hot as a dip.
If too highly seasoned, add more cheese
