 Bell peppers2 Medium
 Tomatoes2 Medium
 Onions2 Medium
 Green chili pepper1 To taste, canned
 Chili powder2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Tablespoon
 2 T. Wesson oil
 Velveeta cheese2 Pound

Directions

Dice bell peppers, tomatoes, onions and torrido pepper.
Saute in Wesson oil.
Add chili powder and salt.
Melt cheese in top of double boiler.
Add vegetable mixture.
Stir and serve hot as a dip.
If too highly seasoned, add more cheese
