Chili Con Came Recipe
Ingredients

| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Onion | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Canned tomatoes | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Red kidney beans | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Brown beef in hot fat in 3 quart Saucepan until crumbly.
Add seasonings, onion, celery, green pepper and tomatoes..
Cover and simmer slowly—about 1 hour.
Add kidney beans just before serving and heat thoroughly.
