Chili Coleslaw Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 to 5 cups finely shredded cabbage | ||
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Pimiento | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Chili Sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a salad bowl, mix shredded cabbage, slicec celery, minced onion and sliced pimientos.
2)In another small bowl, mix chili sauce, mayonnaise and salt to make the dressing.
3)Pour freshly prepared dressing over veggie mixture and toss.
4)Refrigerate for several hours.
SERVING
5)Serve as accompaniment to main course.
