Fried Chicken With Chili Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 Ige. stewing hens | ||
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| Shortening | ||
| Oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 2 Ige. cans chili salsa | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) With a knife cut chicken into bite size pieces.
2) Dip in eggs and rub with flour mixture.
3) In a skillet heat shortening and fry until brown. Place the chicken in a casserole.
4) In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and rub on the chicken.
5) Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
SERVING
6) Serve hot.
